Evangelos Sideris


Evangelos’ academic background includes:

  • MSc in Water and Environmental Management from the University of Bristol in 2017. Dissertation title: ‘Indirect estimation of potential and actual evapotranspiration in chalk UK landscapes.’
  • Diploma in Rural and Surveying Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens in 2016. Final year dissertation title: ‘A methodological framework for the locational evaluation of public services accessibility in a GIS environment: The case of the municipality of Peristeri, Attica.’

Work Experience

In 2011, Evangelos undertook a 3 month internship where he carried out a complete topographic and cadastral survey of the settlement of Castro in Sikinos, Greece. Furthermore, he also undertook a 2 month placement with the Geoapikonisis S.A. Projects and Information in Athens. Here he assisted in the checking of property declarations relating to topography for the mandatory land redistribution of farms in certain settlements in the region of Serres.
